Our interactive division has grown quite fast and we're looking for ambitious, innovative, passionate and talented people to join our forces. Your skills are mandatory factor,
but we will also be looking for personal suitability and attitude.
You will be filling a purpose and doing what you are best at, but you will also contribute to the creative environment and join the fun.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Take personal responsibility for each project you are assigned to
• Ensure that all final designs are up to our standard
• Design the look and feel for a project
• Designing well balanced layouts
• Design web applications, portals and sites
• Follow the standards and structures established within the company
• Always deliver your very best and strive towards improvement.

Qualifications:
• You must have a working knowledge of Webstandard (xhtml + css), Photoshop (advance), Illustrator, Flash (Basic)
• Good understanding of website layout and usability design
• Passion about details to do a pixel perfect works
• Take feedback well and can give constructive feedback to others
• Have a portfolio site or examples that demonstrate your capabilities for this position

[Interactive Creative Director]
Responsibilities and Duties
• Ensure that all projects are up to our standard quality, aesthetically, usability and technical wise.
• Create and maintain processes and standards for assigned projects
• Represent Octodesign in client contacts (if needed) and project start-ups
• Take part in the recruitment process
• Leading and directing the creative team from concept to completion.
• Work closely with the technical and design team to produce good work flows and processes for all projects assigned.

Qualifications:
• You must have an extensive knowledge of Webstandard (xhtml + css), PHP scripting, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Javascript, AJAX
• Deep understanding of design, interactive development, copywriting, and interface.
• Passion about experience in website layout and usability.
• Quality conscious in every detail
• Excellent analytical, strategical skills
• Quality leadership and management skills to run an interactive division.
• Good English verbal communication and writing skills.
