Mission
Ø Ensure the sustainability of AQUA activities in Pandaan and Kebun Candi developing sustainable links with local stakeholders (communities, local government, NGOs)
Ø Design and implement a Community Based Program aiming at consolidating AQUA as a good corporate citizen committed to sustainable management of natural resources and community investment
Ø Within cross functional team, improve environmental and social performance of AQUA industry and transportation system.

Main Responsibilities
Ø Animate together with local stakeholders and CSR local teams, community based activities in line with local needs (internal, external): it could be reforestation, waste management, organic farming, or/and education…
Ø Coordinate the tool kit currently developed by HO team (need assessment, project formulation, Monitoring & Evaluation)
Ø Ensure that project activities are implemented, and budget administered in line with the work plan and company policies and requirements
Ø Empowering AQUA employees, communities and local government
Ø Working closely with local and HO team, ensure precise reporting and experience sharing

Qualifications / Experience
Ø Bachelor Degree/master in agriculture or environmental engineering (social & economy accepted)
Ø Experience of working for at least 3 years in national/internatio nal NGO or development agency
Ø Good understanding of water as a global issue
Ø Management of budgets and precise reporting skills (narrative and financial)
Ø Experience in community development, and proven competency in participatory approaches
Ø Demonstrated ability in project development, design, implementation, evaluation as well as team building
Ø Good Command in English
Ø Fluent Javanese preferred

Organization
Ø Reporting structurally to Head of locations, with 70% time in Kebun Candi, and functionally to Sustainable Development & Social Responsibility Director
Ø Work cross functionally with local and HO teams
