Urgent Vacancy for Reporting and Monitoring Officer in Caritas Switz

Caritas Switzerland (CACH) is an international non-government organization (INGO) with sound experience in the field of post disaster relief operations. Caritas Switzerland is implementing projects in Indonesia since 2005 in Sumatra, Java and Bali.
In Meulaboh, Aceh Province, Caritas Switzerland is presently implementing several projects in the field of Livelihood/Income Generation and DRR, where the projects are mainly implemented through local partners. Caritas Switzerland is facilitating on their work and monitors closely. Currently Caritas Switzerland Meulaboh, is seeking for a qualified and highly motivated person to occupy the post of a “Monitoring and Reporting Project Officer” who will be focusing on 3 partner projects.
Qualifications:
·Completed studies (Graduate/Bachelor/ Master ) in English, Social Science, Development or in other related fields
·At least 5 years work experience with (I)NGOs in the field of monitoring & reporting
·Experience in writing internal and external reports, proposals (incl. reporting to Donors and HQ) independently
·Experience in monitoring and facilitating local partners
·Excellent writing skills, specifically in the field of reporting, developing concepts, proposals, etc.
·Experience in the field of Monitoring & Evaluation
·Diplomacy, tact and negotiation skills
·Able to work independently and in a team, being flexible and able to finalize tasks in a given time frame
·Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
·Excellent knowledge in spoken and written English, working language is English
·Excellent IT skills; ability to use Microsoft Office such as word/excel processing and electronic mail
·Disposition and Ability to live and work in a remote area “The Mon
itoring and Reporting Officer” will report to the Program Manager of Meulaboh .
Job duration: dependent on the program (approx.1 year)
Location of work : Meulaboh, ACEH Province
