1. Documentation and Reporting Officer RAGAM Program
The Documentation and Reports Officer of RAGAM programwill work under the supervision of
the Program Manager, and is responsible to develop [Describe overview of job mission the daily documentation of project activities in Padang and Padang Pariaman, West Sumatra. Specifically, the Documentation Officer will draft weekly updates for the donor, monthly summaries of activities, quarterly reports and will be responsible for capturing, documenting and disseminating the program learning in the form of case studies, best practices and documentaries.
The RAGAM program aims at documenting the methodology to successfully introduce incentives to promote the adoption of earthquake-safe standards during reconstruction of houses damaged
by the 2009 earthquake in West Sumatra.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree in social studies, journalism, other related field;
* 3 years experience in a job requiring excellent data collection, analysis and reporting skills;
* Experience in an NGO setting is an asset;
* Proficiency in MS Office is required;
* Knowledge of editing software (e.g. Adobe InDesign or others) is an asset;
* Ability to capture and distinguish relevant information and transform it into documentation is required;
* Excellent writing skills are required (in Bahasa Indonesia);
* Very good English writing skills are a definite asset;
* Ability to communicate in English is desirable.
