World Vision is an International Humanitarian Organization working to promote the well being of all people, especially children. World Vision Indonesia operates in provinces throughout Indonesia and is urgently looking for qualified candidates to be based in ACEH for its Aceh Development Programs ( ADP ). All positions require candidates to be proficient in spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia. They should have good Computer skills. Ability to write and speak English is a plus.
1. Health Coordinator, Based in Banda Aceh
The Health Coordinator position will be responsible of the planning, organizing, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of health program according to Sphere Standards, including Health and Safety Policies of Area Level.
Requirements :
· University Degree in Health or Public Health, at least 3 years field experience working with people or in rural communities.
· Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, strong capacity building and facilitation skills, Oversee the Health part in Project Design, planning and implementation, programme management, monitoring, supervision and reporting.
· Effectively network with relevant government authorities and other Health focused NGOs

2. Community Development Facilitator, Based in Banda Aceh and Aceh Barat
The Community Development Facilitator will facilitate the community development process and the establishment of a child friendly community in WVI¢s project sites.
Requirements:
· University Degree or Diploma Graduated minimum
· Practical experience in community development work for at least two year
· Able to develop a training program and training materials for community leaders and community development facilitators
· Can conduct village level training
