Our Client, A Leading Gold & Mining Company, urgently requires the following position:

 

 PROJECT COST CONTROL

Skills/Qualifications:

• Male, Female Maximum 45 years.
• Minimum Education S1 or D3 Civil Engineering
• At least have 3 (years) years experience in related position
• Experience in project management, experience in the same field, excellent technical and engineering,
• Computer Skill: MS Project, Primavera and MS Office and understanding AutoCAD Drafting Software.
• Language proficiency verbal and written in English.
• Good interpersonal, Excellent in Analytical Skill and communication skills
• Language proficiency verbal and written English.
• Good team work, hard worker and high motivation

General Responsibilities:

·         Design Master Schedule for the project giving detail of the sequences of each task.

·         Establish a cost change management process

·         Data gathering and discuss to related project scheduler, MTO/Materials team to capture any cost issue for cost controlling.

·         Check and compare against budget for any approval request for project's MTO/PO

·         Prepare, forecast, review and publish project coat status and performance report in monthly basis.

·         Monitoring the activities, and issue progress report.

·         Review Planning cost and actual cost.

·         To make a report up to date related with project activity

 COST CONTROL

Qualifications:

• Male/Female, Maximal  40  years
• S-1 degree in Civil Engineering with minimum GPA 2.75 and minimum 3 years working experience in scheduling for engineering and procurement activities.
• Able to read engineering drawing and Material Take-Off (MTO)
• Understand the function of philosophy and scheduling principal, especially for engineering scheduling/EPC Schedule.
• Familiar to operate the software of AutoCAD, Microsoft (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Access, Ms. Power Point, Visio, Ms. Project, internet and Primavera Project Planner.
• Able to set up meeting and conduct the presentation in English and Indonesian languages for expat end user.
• Language proficiency verbal and written English.

Responsibilities :

• Perform all task in safety manner
• Coordinate to all stake holder on EPCC preparation, included but not limited to:

ü      Gathered information from project manager or project coordinator in relation to the need for milestone date.

ü      Data gathering and discuss to E&P Scheduler

ü      Data gathering and discuss to MTO team

ü      Data gathering and discuss to CS Material team

• Actively involve on project kick-off meeting
• Prepare EPCC Schedule in Primavera within standard and specified performance
• Publish EPCC Preliminary for review
• Submit on-line EPCC schedule for approval
• Project progress checking and monitoring
• Actively involved in problem analysis and solving
• Actively involve on project review meeting
