Handicap International is currently looking for a Site Logistician/ Administrator for its office in Kupang, NTT.

TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the line management of the National Support Services Coordinator, the Kupang Site Logistician & Administrator will manage Logistics and Administration/ HR/Finance in Kupang Site and will provide support for several Projects implemented in NTT. 
In collaboration with the National Support Services Department the Kupang Logistic and Administration Department will ensure administrative and logistics tasks and duties.
In order to reach this goal, the Site Logistician/ Administrator will ensure that the country legal framework is respected and that the administrative framework defined by head office and the rules specific to the programme are applied, with the constant aim of defending the association interests and ensuring the correct utilization of resources. 
 
The tasks in particular are: 
In Administration / HR / Finance
* Administrative management of the human resources 
* Recruitment/ Dismissal
* Administrative management (salary, Jamsostek, Health insurance, rental, service contracts, Partnership agreement, administrative follow up)
* Ensure that local legislation is respected and that a legal framework is established 
* Manage accounting operations and treasury
* Manage budget and budget follow up
 
In Logistic
* Manage the procurement chain 
* Manage the technical equipment: computers, telecommunications, energy etc.
* Manage travel, delivery and the vehicle fleet
* Manage the Site̢۪s premises (international staff accommodation, offices, storage buildings)
* Ensure that security regulations are in place on the Site 
* Reporting weekly, monthly, half-yearly
* Supervise the Log/admin staff if any.

DUTY
STATION:
Kupang, NTT, with travels to the HI working areas, Partners and/or suppliers offices in order to bring support to the local teams; and to Yogyakarta in order to attend Coordination meeting.
  

PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 

Essential
§  Bachelor Degree in Economics and Business or equivalent, related to the profile
§  Minimum 2 years practical experience in related field 
§  5 years of professional working experience 
§  Computers/office automation
§  Management (accounts, financial, HR, organisation)
§  English Language both oral and written
 
Desired
§  Experience in managerial level
§  Resident of Kupang/NTT Province or have 3 years of experience working in NTT
§  Have A and/or C drivers’ license with motorbike and car driving skills
§  Experience working under distance management will be an asset

Initial contract will be for a period of 6 months with a possibility contract extension

Human Resources Development and Training Officer

Yayasan Tambuhak Sinta is a Kalimantan-based foundation that is striving to improve the quality of governance in areas affected by mineral development activity. The main focus is on participatory community development through capacity-building and economic livelihood support.

YTS is seeking to improve the quality of its human resources and would like to put in place measures that will enable staff members to improve their skills and performance. In particular, YTS would like to improve its capacity to provide training and capacity-building to its partners – villagers, local government personnel, other CSOs and development projects.

The HRD & Training Officer will enable YTS to provide better services to its partners, and will help build the capacity of remote rural communities, government agencies, and projects to function in a more efficient and sustainable way. The HRD & Training Officer will provide analysis, planning & design, and training & follow up with YTS staff and its partners.

These are the main expected outcomes:

· Create a human resource development plan for YTS, based on a needs analysis

· Implement key components of the plan resulting in staff with improved skills and performance

· Develop a core group of trainers knowledgeable and skilled in learner-centred training methods and practices for adults

· Develop a training package for training-of- trainers, including curriculum & learning materials

· Assist in developing and implementing relevant and effective training programs and packages for villagers, government and CSOs

· Establish a training support network in YTS project areas; plus a wider network of like-minded practitioners and resource people

· Generate new clients for YTS training services

· Document processes, activities, and results using multi-media

Candidates are expected to have the following qualifications:

· Ten years experience with training for participatory community development

· Good language skills – English and Bahasa Indonesia

· University degree in a relevant subject

· Good verbal and written communication skills

· Work experience in multi-cultural settings

· Good team coordination, facilitation, and supervision skills

· Good computer skills – word processing, spreadsheet, media, internet

· Able to travel and work in remote areas

The Center for International Forestry Research advances human wellbeing,
environmental conservation and equity by conducting research to inform policies
and practices that affect forests in developing countries. We are one of 15
centres within the Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research
(CGIAR). Our headquarters are in Bogor, Indonesia, and we have offices in Asia,
Africa and South America.

CIFOR is looking for a Human Resources Assistant, Compensation & Benefits (Ref
#1126)
The Human Resources Assistant will assist in administering staff̢۪s compensation
and maintain the Human Resources Information System. Specifically the Human
Resources Assistant will:

(1) Assist in the management of the compensation and benefits, and ensure
accurate and timely monthly payroll.
(2) Assist staff in the compensation and benefits administration; provide
information and/or counsel as necessary.
(3) Liaise with suppliers including insurance and medical services providers.
(4)  Ensure all employees’ records are well-documented and up-to-date.
(5) Maintain the human resources information systems, especially the fields
related to the Compensation & Benefits such as the leave systems.
(6) Maintain the Human Resources section of the Intranet, especially the pages
related to the Compensation & Benefits information.
(7) Assist in relevant Human Resources Department report writings.
(8) Secretary to the National Staff Representative (NSR) when needed.
(9) Assist and support other HR team members.

Requirements:

Education, experience, technical skills and competencies
- University education in human resources management, business and administration or relevant fields.

- Have 2 years of experience in the administration of compensation and benefits
programs.
- Have experience in interactions with different suppliers is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable about other HR processes to support other team members in
different HR functions.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.

Personal attributes:
- Have high integrity, the ability to exercise good judgment and the ability to
maintain strict confidentiality.
- Have the confidence in handling issues regarding staff entitlements and other
personnel related matters.
- Have good analytical skills.
- Have initiative and capable of working independently as well as an effective

Terms and Conditions:
This is a nationally recruited position in Indonesia. CIFOR offers a competitive

for 2 years.
